Reservations for the Tucson Ball

Seats are reserved on a first come, first served basis and do fill quickly!

Registration Deadline: October 6th (no refunds after October 6th)

At time of reservation, please have: 

• Name and age of the daughter(s) -(Young ladies 10 and older are welcome)
• The father's first and last name
• Address
• Phone Number  
• Form of Payment
• Let us know if you have a seating preference
• Please send us your favorite "daddy/daughter" photo for the slideshow

If you have friends or family that you know are registered, you may request to be seated at the same table. Tables will hold up to 10 people maximum.

If no seating request is made, we do our best to seat young ladies with other young ladies in their same age group.

Payment: Required at the time of registration

Payment methods include:

• Cash (Must receive within 7 days of the reservation to hold seats)
• Check (Must receive within 7 days of the reservation to hold seats)

Note: Early registration price is $32/person, Registration after 9/15 is $35/person

Once payment is received tickets will be mailed to the address given at registration. Please request a receipt if you would like one for credit card payments.
